Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
We'll do our best! Please let us know as soon as you can. Our system allows for a short window of time to edit or cancel your order, and we're not able to edit the order of a package once it's been processed. We really appreciate you taking the time to make sure that your order information is accurate :)

How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your candy's journey to your front door. And no, it's not wrong to track your candy shipment by the minute. We do it too.
Can I order without creating an account?
You can check out as a guest, but why not join the party!
Where do you guys ship?
All 50 states! No one should be deprived of better candy. We hope to be shipping to other countries soon, so if you want to see us in your country, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping for your first order is on us when you join our mailing list! You can join the fun at the bottom of our site.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
In time for your Netflix binge, we promise. Order lead-time typically falls within 2-4 business days upon receipt of your order. Lead-times can be extended due to unexpected delays or weather. If your order is time sensitive, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we will do our best to ensure on-time delivery!
Why is this more expensive than “regular” candy?
We wish it wasn't so, but making all-natural candy that tastes this good doesn't come without a price tag. As you can tell, we don't tolerate any artificial stuff and only source the highest quality, cleanest ingredients, so you can feel good every time you down a bag (or 3) of BEHAVE. What you can expect: high-quality natural sweeteners like monk fruit and chicory root fiber. What not to expect: refined sugar, high fructose corn or anything artificial. With that said, we're working hard to bring our prices down so we can be accessible to everyone!
What kind of gelatin are the gummies made with?
100% Kosher, grass-fed gelatin. Only the best for our besties.

Are your gummies kosher?
We are not currently certified kosher, but we use 100% Kosher gelatin. We're working on it for all our Kosher friends out there!

Where did all the sugar and carbs go?
GREAT Q. We use natural, zero-sugar and low-glycemic sweeteners — monk fruit and chicory root fiber — to achieve our great taste with a nutrition panel you can feel good about. Sugar crash hangover? Never heard of her.
Is your candy keto-friendly?
Yup! Matter of fact, name a more keto-friendly candy than us... we'll wait. Although we don't create our gummies for any specific diet, we've kept the net carb value of our gummies so low that the keto community loves our product.
Do kids eat/like BEHAVE?
Hell yeah, kids love us. Give this to your kids, friends, parents, grandparents, grizzly bears.. (jk don't feed gummies to bears, that's basically cannibalism.)
What are net carbs?
Not all carbs are created equal! Fiber and (most) natural sweeteners don’t affect your blood sugar or insulin levels, so they’re stripped out to get “net carbs,” which you can think of as the active carbs that affect your body and that are actually digested.
In our case, net carbs = total carbs - fiber = 6g. For the entire bag. Read that back. 6g. Net. Carbs.
What does it taste like?
Seriously good. And by good I mean I-want-to-share-this-with-all-the-people-who've-ever-been-good-to-me-but-actually-you-know-what-I-can-just-send-them-each-a-greeting-card-instead-so-I-can-have-the-whole-box-thanks good.

What are natural flavors?
It's really simple — we don't use anything artificial. The flavors we use only come from things found in nature like spices, fruits, and plants. You know, the good stuff.
What is a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee"?
If you're not completely in love with your candy, we'll refund your order in full. But also let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org how we can improve them, so we make sure to fulfill your wildest candy dreams together.

At the moment we're not able to support single pouch gummies, but we do have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so why not give us a shot?
How big is a case of gummies?
Each box comes with 6 gummy pouches, each containing 50g/1.8oz of candy and all our three banging flavors: lychee, passionfruit, and raspberry. Enjoy irresponsibly.
How should I store BEHAVE gummies?
We recommend that our gummies are stored in room temperature conditions, between 55F – 77F to ensure that our gummies remain intact. Please note that if stored at higher temperatures especially for longer periods of time, our gummies may melt and lose shape.
What's the shelf-life?
2 years. But let's be real, you'll finish it in 2 minutes.

Who is your Head of Candy?
We are beyond ecstatic to have partnered with celebrated chef and James Beard Award nominee Elizabeth Falkner to bring you our radical flavors with nutritional macros and an ingredient list you can feel awesome about. She is by far the most badass person we know, and has an awesome approach to food that we truly look up to. There’s also probably not a sport you can name that she hasn’t excelled at - be it soccer, cycling, sword fighting, martial arts, or cooking competitions on Food Network and NBC (yes, cooking is a sport if you ask us).
Who started BEHAVE?
Hi! Mayssa here, I’m the founder of BEHAVE. I’ve been a sweet tooth all my life, but as I got older the experience of eating candy went from fun to a bummer. After indulging in a candy treat, I’d feel some combination of guilt, a sugar crash, and “when will I learn?” I wanted to create something that made eating candy fun again. That’s when I met with Elizabeth, and we set out to create a candy product that checks all the boxes - nostalgic, delicious taste, satisfying your sugar craving, but getting rid of all the crappy ingredients and sugar that make you crash. And so BEHAVE was born. We hope you enjoy!
Is there any minimum commitment for a Subscription?
Nope! Cancel anytime, but we’d hate to see you go.
How do I update Subscription billing information?
Log into your account, click the Manage Subscriptions button, and click on Billing Information. Here you’ll see the current payment method being used for your subscription. You can edit the address in this section.
How do I update my Subscription shipping address?
Log into your account, Click the Manage Subscriptions button, and click Edit to the right of your Subscription, then click Edit below the Shipping Address.
Can I add or change the products in my Subscription?
Of course! More candy is always better than less. Log into your account, click the Manage Subscriptions button, then click edit next to your subscription. Here you can change product type, quantity, and frequency of your Subscription. You can always add new subscriptions via our Shop page.
How do I skip a Subscription delivery?
Log into your account, click the Manage Subscriptions button, and click on Delivery Schedule to the left to see your upcoming deliveries. To skip a delivery, just click SKIP to the right of that delivery. But don’t skip too many or your sweet tooth might rebel.
How do I pause or cancel my Subscription?
Log into your account, click the Manage Subscriptions button, and next to each of the products you’re subscribed to you can click Cancel. This will cancel your subscription for now, but we hope you’ll be back soon!
