You'll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your candy's journey to your front door. And no, it's not wrong to track your candy shipment by the minute. We do it too.

In time for your Netflix binge, we promise. Order lead-time typically falls within 3 - 7 business days upon receipt of your order. Lead-times can be extended due to unexpected delays or weather. Hell yes! BEHAVE is actually the only gummy candy on the market with a clean ingredient list that doesn’t spike blood sugar. Our founder’s father is diabetic, so it was important to her to create a candy that everyone can enjoy, including people with health limitations to consuming sugar.

GREAT Q. We use natural, zero-sugar and low-glycemic sweeteners — monk fruit, allulose, chicory root fiber, and soluble tapioca fiber — to achieve our great taste with a nutrition panel you can feel good about. You’ll never find the sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners that are super harsh on the stomach in our products.

Yeesss — we made our gummies so that all our gluten-free friends can enjoy!

Although BEHAVE is made in a peanut-free facility, our facility does process almonds and coconut at our factory. Additionally, the Watermelon Mango Lychee Gummy Bears and Watermelon Mango Lychee Sour Bears contain lychee, which is a tree nut.

Yup! Although we don't create our gummies for any specific diet, we've kept the net carb value of our gummies low (just 5g net carbs or less per bag!) so that all our keto friends can join the candy party!

Not all carbs are created equal! Fiber and (most) natural sweeteners don’t affect your blood sugar or insulin levels, so they’re stripped out to get “net carbs,” which you can think of as the active carbs that affect your body and that are actually digested.

In our case, net carbs = total carbs minus fiber minus allulose = just 3 - 5g per bag.

Allulose is a natural sweetener derived from things like figs, raisins, and jackfruit. It tastes just like normal sugar, but has almost zero glycemic impact and almost zero calories.

It's really simple — we don't use anything artificial. The flavors we use only come from things found in nature like fruits, plants, and spices. You know, only the good stuff.

At the moment we're not able to support single pouch gummies, but our Sampler has one pouch of each so you can get a little taste. Give it a try! And we always honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee so why not give us a shot?

We recommend that our gummies are stored in room temperature conditions, between 55F – 75F to ensure that our gummies don’t melt. Please note that if stored at higher temperatures especially for longer periods of time, our gummies may melt, get sticky, or lose shape.

We are beyond ecstatic to have partnered with celebrated chef and James Beard Award nominee Elizabeth Falkner to bring you our radical flavors with nutritional macros and an ingredient list you can feel awesome about.  She is by far the most badass person we know, and has an awesome approach to food that we truly look up to. There’s also probably not a sport you can name that she hasn’t excelled at -  be it soccer, cycling, sword fighting, martial arts, or cooking competitions on Food Network and NBC (yes, cooking is a sport if you ask us).

While Elizabeth brings the culinary and flavor expertise, we also work with a PhD confectionary scientist - yes, that means she has a PhD in food science - to bring our products to life. We spent 5 years developing our formula and flavors to taste as good as sugar candy, but maintain great nutritionals and never spike blood sugar, all while never using artificial ingredients or sweeteners. It was a tall task, but the collaborative efforts between our chef partner and our food science partner brought this magic to life.

Hi! Mayssa here, I’m the founder of BEHAVE. I’ve been a sweet tooth all my life, but as I got older the experience of eating candy went from fun to a bummer. After indulging in a candy treat, I’d feel some combination of guilt, a sugar crash, and “when will I learn?” I wanted to create something that made eating candy fun again. That’s when I met Elizabeth, and we set out to create a candy product that checks all the boxes - nostalgic, delicious taste, satisfying your sugar craving, but getting rid of all the crappy ingredients and sugar that make you crash. And so BEHAVE was born. We hope you enjoy!
